Compliance Co-ordinator

Pinnacle Group are looking for a Compliance Co-ordinator to join our Homes Division and support the effective administration and delivery of fire safety and building compliance programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions, maintaining accurate compliance records, monitoring progress against key deadlines and ensuring a robust audit trail is maintained throughout the lifecycle of compliance activities. Working closely with contractors, surveyors, operational teams and key stakeholders, this role will play a vital part in ensuring statutory obligations are met, compliance data remains accurate and up to date, and fire safety actions are completed, evidenced and closed within agreed timescales.

Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating compliance programmes within housing, building safety, fire safety or another regulated environment, with a good understanding of compliance monitoring and record management. They will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while producing accurate reports and performance data. Knowledge of Fire Risk Assessments, social housing compliance requirements, fire door inspections, the Building Safety Act and Golden Thread principles would be advantageous.

This is a 3-month fixed term remote working role with occasional travel required to Holborn.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
