Job Description
Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Business Sector: Health and Wellbeing
Location: Leeds Gateway Office
Reporting to: Contract Manager
Hours: Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00 (40hrs inc. 60min unpaid lunch)
Purpose of the Job
To deliver a high quality administrative function to the account.
- Processing worksheets
- Checking compliance
- Processing Compliance documents
- Utilising CBRE’s CAFM system
Ensure all CBRE & client procedures are followed.

- Ensure timely management of the compliance inbox, processing all requests and documentation thoroughly with a sharp eye for detail.
- Updating tracking documents.
- Processing tasks from service complete to billing stage.
- Liaising with internal engineering team and contractors.
Subcontractors
- Process notification of planned visit dates and update clients CAFM system.
- Ensure all works are planned in and completed on time.
- Report and investigate on contractor performance.
- Ensure Remedial works are tracked and followed up to quote stage.

Qualities
- Microsoft office working knowledge specific to Teams, Outlook and Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Approachable, helpful demeanor.
Accountabilities
- Reporting to Contract Manager
- Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contacts
- Responsibility to process and monitor compliance documentation.
