We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work within the LS11 proposition team supporting the Retail Media Manager with media compliance across the ASDA estate, primarily Express stores. You will report directly into the Retail Media Compliance Manager. The Retail Media Compliance Co-ordinator will work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders within the business including Express Promotional & Trade Planning, Express Central Operations, Express ROM’s & Store Managers, Media Planning, POS and our key agency partners, SMG, CPM & To You. To ensure we are providing a full and accurate picture of compliance and relevant reporting across the ASDA estate, specifically Express & Supermarkets.
The Retail Media Compliance Co-ordinator will be responsible for the Express & Supermarket compliance end to end delivery.

“More about the role”
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end process and delivery of all aspects of Express Media compliance.
- You will support the Retail Media Compliance Manager to manage our Media Implementation and Media partners – CPM, SMG, ToYou, HH.
- Work with the Express Team and Suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve instances where media is not successfully implemented.
- Full ownership of the end-to-end Shipper process to drive compliance.
- Build and share all relevant reporting into the wider business on our media campaigns and compliance issues.
- Engagement with the Express Operations team and ROM’s to ensure retail execution steps on and supports the delivery of our media implementation.
- Own and triage all issues with the relevant stakeholders and agencies, including Madic, ROM’s, CPM, SMG, HH & To You.
- Own all POS comms – Including comms to store / POS guide / Flex brief / Training content.
- Work with SMG Express Team to make sure accuracy of campaign bookings, data and supplier feedback is all considered and managed.
- Ensure all brands have access to their reports through our supplier portal and manage any queries.
- Leand a monthly governance session with key stakeholders and agencies.
- Attend relevant Retail forums to talk about media compliance and any KIT changes or business updates which will impact media implementation.

- Negotiation skills and the ability to engage with varied and senior stakeholders
- Resilience, this is a new role and there are a few teething problems to work through
- Good knowledge of retail preferable
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
