You’ll also collaborate with second-line Risk and Compliance teams to develop frameworks and policies that meet regulatory standards and support positive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert, solution-focused advice on FCA regulations to influence senior Health leaders and embed a strong compliance and conduct culture.
  • Collaborate with AXA UK Compliance to ensure a consistent approach across teams and represent compliance at key committees and forums.
  • Develop and maintain a senior stakeholder network to promote understanding and recognition as a thought leader in compliance and conduct matters.
  • Support the delivery of the compliance and conduct plan, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead and support monitoring, incident management, and escalation processes to identify, investigate, and remediate compliance issues promptly.
  • Assist in preparing reports, regulatory submissions, and communication to regulators, senior leadership, and the Board.
  • Support the team and business by providing guidance, coaching, and driving initiatives.
  • Ensure policies and frameworks align with regulatory standards and support the wider AXA UK Risk and Compliance strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
