Seeking a Compliance Consultant
Job Overview
Working with an International financial services firm seeking a Compliance Consultant on an initial 6-month contract, on an outside IR35 contract which is fully remote (UK). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong UK regulatory compliance experience, particularly Provision 29, to play a key role in supporting them on a key regulatory project.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory compliance expertise across a key business transformation programme.
- Interpret and advise on Provision 29 requirements, ensuring regulatory obligations are embedded into business processes.
- Review and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
- Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and business stakeholders to implement regulatory change.
- Provide pragmatic advice on regulatory risks and support the delivery of project milestones.

Key Requirements
- Strong compliance experience within UK financial services.
- Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience of Provision 29.
- Experience supporting regulatory change or transformation programmes.
- Available to start within two weeks.
