Location: Rochdale HQ
Salary: £29,000 to £31,000
Wireless CCTV’s SHEQ team are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join and assist with maintaining management systems, coordinating audits, supporting customer assurance activities, and contributing to improvement initiatives.
Working closely with the Compliance Manager and wider SHEQ team, the successful candidate will support audit readiness, maintain compliance records and document control systems, as well as assist in the improvement of the Company’s ISO management systems.
The Role
- Responsible for completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), customer assurance requests, and supplier questionnaires.
- Maintaining third-party accreditation, customer, and supplier portals.
- Coordinate external audits and undertake internal audits across the Company's management systems, including audit scheduling, and preparation of documentation.
- Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Company's management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001.
- Safety, Health, and Environmental Champion, assisting in organizing and delivering environmental campaigns, promoting good SHEQ practices, and supporting awareness initiatives as instructed.
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager in relation to data protection and GDPR activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Manager and wider SHEQ team as required.

About You
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in compliance, quality, governance, audit support, or document control.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication skills.
- Exposure to ISO management systems (particularly ISO 9001).
- Experience supporting or participating in audits.
- Experience with PQQs, customer assurance questionnaires, or accreditation portal.
