Compliance Coordinator

We’re hiring! Join a leading financial services organisation as a Compliance Coordinator, supporting key regulatory compliance activities relating to the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) Individual Accountability Framework (IAF).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented compliance professional to play a vital role in ensuring regulated employee populations meet certification, onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements within a highly regulated environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate certification and due diligence activities for regulated CF and PCF role holders
- Manage background screening processes and regulatory checks through approved providers
- Support onboarding and appointment activities for regulated employees
- Distribute, collect and track key regulatory documentation and certifications
- Maintain and update the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF) Register
- Coordinate annual certification reviews and monitor completion rates
- Produce compliance reports, certification summaries and stakeholder updates
- Ensure regulatory records remain accurate, complete and audit-ready
- Support audits, regulatory reviews and wider compliance initiatives

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience within HR Operations, HR Compliance, Governance, Risk, Compliance or Financial Services
- Strong administrative, organisational and data management skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate records
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Workday, HR systems or compliance platforms would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the CBI Individual Accountability Framework (IAF), Fitness & Probity requirements, or similar regulatory frameworks is highly desirable
