Role Overview
You’ll take ownership of a varied compliance workload, including:
- Gathering compliance information and documentation from candidates before placements begin
- Managing candidate and client contracts from creation through to completion
- Supporting the smooth onboarding of contractors and helping prevent delays to start dates
- Maintaining accurate contractor and placement records throughout the assignment lifecycle
- Monitoring extensions, rate changes, expiring documents and client-specific compliance requirements
- Chasing outstanding documentation and references
- Liaising with MSPs, framework clients, consultants and other internal teams
- Uploading candidate information and documentation to online framework portals
- Supporting company, client and framework audits, including collating evidence and completing required actions
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries accurately and promptly
- Identifying and escalating compliance risks or outstanding actions
- Ensuring processes remain aligned with relevant legislation, including GDPR
- Providing general administrative and documentation control support

- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- A proactive approach to chasing information and resolving queries
- Confidence working with different systems, documents and online portals
- A professional approach when dealing with candidates, clients and colleagues
