Compliance Coordinator

Location: Flexible (Hybrid/Remote)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed professional services business that is expanding rapidly through acquisition. As the organisation continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the firm’s regulatory, compliance and governance framework.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, be comfortable managing regulatory correspondence, and have the confidence and credibility to work with senior stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a growing organisation when compliance is evolving alongside the business and where they can have genuine ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the firm’s FCA regulatory obligations, including permissions, applications, notifications and regulatory submissions.
  • Act as key point of contact for regulatory correspondence, coordinating responses to the FCA and other professional regulators.
  • Maintain accurate compliance registers, records, risk logs and regulatory documentation, ensuring key deadlines and actions are tracked.
  • Support regulatory reviews, audits and information requests, preparing documentation and information for regulators or senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and changes, supporting the implementation of new requirements, policies and controls.
  • Assist with compliance monitoring, risk assessments and control testing, identifying and escalating potential regulatory risks.
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration, reviewing regulatory frameworks and helping integrate acquired businesses into the group’s compliance model.
  • Work closely with senior management and internal teams to embed a scalable, commercially focused compliance framework as the business continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
