We are delighted to be working with a pioneering global medical technology market leader, to hire a Compliance Director to join their leadership team based at their Dunfermline HQ (hybrid).
They design and manufacture ground-breaking ultra-widefield retinal imaging systems that facilitate early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of eye diseases and their technology is widely used by eye care professionals and healthcare providers worldwide to significantly improve clinical outcomes and patient care.

This newly created role is a unique opportunity to shape and lead a global compliance programme within a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this is a visible, high-impact leadership role with influence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a robust compliance framework
- Building and embedding a cross-functional compliance culture
- Enhancing compliance risk assessment processes
- Providing SME regulatory advice
- Establishing and supporting the Compliance Committee and contributing to Risk Committee activity
- Oversight of investigations and responses to internal/external enforcement matters
- Leading and developing a small team.
