Attribution Search is partnering with a leading global multi-strategy investment firm looking to hire a Compliance Technology Developer into its growing technology function.
This is a hands-on engineering role sitting at the intersection of technology, trading, and compliance, building systems that support the firm's global regulatory obligations.
You’ll work closely with senior engineers and Compliance stakeholders to develop and maintain technology across trade surveillance, regulatory reporting, communication monitoring, and trading restrictions, while working with large volumes of order and execution data.

What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years' professional software engineering experience
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience with React / TypeScript, REST APIs, and SQL
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Postgres/MySQL, and Git
- Experience developing and deploying production-quality software
- Exposure to AWS, Docker, and CI/CD would be beneficial
- Trading systems and order/execution data experience is highly desirable, but not essential
