This is a key role responsible for ensuring the compliance of raw materials, purchased components, and finished products through robust testing programs, technical analysis, and adherence to relevant legislation and industry standards.

The Role

As our compliance specialist, you will act as a trusted internal advisor on regulatory requirements, helping to maintain product quality, integrity, and performance. Working collaboratively with operational teams and supporting customer-facing functions, you will provide technical expertise to colleagues across Technical Support, Marketing, and Sales, as well as delivering accurate guidance to customers and end users.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and interpret routine testing programs for raw materials and finished products, working closely with accredited third-party laboratories.

  • Act as a technical expert, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting effective problem-solving across manufacturing processes.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and operating methods, contributing to process optimization and new equipment selection.
  • Support new product development and introduction by defining, validating, and implementing process capabilities required for successful manufacture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
