This is a full-time, on-site role in Gravesend for a Compliance Executive. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to FCA regulations, performing regulatory audits, and maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance risks, preparing compliance reports, providing regulatory advice to stakeholders, and ensuring robust policies are in place. The Compliance Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance practices and FCA guidelines
- Previous SMF role held is preferable
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess compliance risks
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills for stakeholder engagement
- Background in Law or legal frameworks relevant to financial services
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and compliance reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial services or working in a regulatory environment is preferred
