Compliance Investigator
Oxford, UK (3 days onsite)
12-month contract
Up to £33.29 per hour Inside IR35
Compliance Investigators are required to work for a world-class organisation within the aviation and aerospace sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regulated environment, supporting compliance, safety, and quality standards across aviation maintenance operations.
You will be responsible for conducting compliance investigations, reviewing technical documentation and maintenance records, and ensuring regulatory and industry standards are met. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify compliance issues, support corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in compliance investigations within an aviation maintenance or aerospace environment
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 and UK CAA regulations
- Good understanding of aviation safety standards and Human Factors, including human performance and limitations
- Experience analysing technical documentation, maintenance records, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with compliance monitoring tools, QMS, and data analysis software
