Job Description
This is an exciting Lead role to manage Credera’s Certification Compliance. The Compliance Lead role is responsible for operating Credera’s various ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) certifications and Health and Safety. This is a hands-on, coordinating role suited to someone early in their compliance career who wants to grow. You will work closely with system owners and senior colleagues to keep our certifications healthy, our documentation current, and our audits on track. You won't be expected to be an expert in every standard on day one — but you'll be organised, curious, and comfortable being the person who keeps the wheels turning.
Here’s What You’ll Do
As the Compliance Lead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Credera manages all its key processes for its ISO certifications and obligations. It’s an exciting opportunity to operationalise processes, work with senior leadership in the UK and with our parent Company Omnicom. You’ll report to the UK Head of Operations.
Core Responsibilities
Compliance Lead Responsibilities:
-
Maintain Management System operations
- Across the various Management Systems (Quality, Environmental, Achillies and Service) ensure policies, procedures, registers, controls, and records remain current and audit-ready.
- Monitor non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement opportunities, keeping logs accurate and up to date.
-
Audit operations
- Across the various management systems, maintain the yearly audit calendar, arrange the necessary prerequisites for audits and help management system owners prepare for audits
- Manage the relationships with our audit partners
- Prepare reporting packs and data for management reviews; capture and follow up on actions.
- Keep abreast of changes to the standards and ensure processes to ensure we adopt best practice into our management systems
-
New Certifications and accreditations
- Establish the process and governance for the organisation to achieve new certifications based on business need, or leverage certifications and capabilities of the wider Omnicom Group
-
Health & safety
- Coordinate H&S compliance activities — risk assessments, records, training logs, incident reporting — working under the guidance of our designated competent person.
- Help keep the organisation aligned with relevant H&S legislation and good practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
