Compliance Management Assistant

Role Purpose:
To provide administrative support for the Learning and Development team, contributing to ensuring that all those working within the MEH JV are suitably skilled and qualified to undertake their roles.
Accountabilities*:
- Maintaining training records and manage course completion evidence
- Send and receive relevant training updates to and from MEH JV partners
- Production of monthly training expiry reports
- Creation of role profiles in a CMS
- Upload New Starter information on to a CMS
- Support with the L&D team mailbox
- Relevant ad hoc support e.g., reports, spreadsheets, etc.
- Data collation and entry
- Working with on-boarding teams to support compliance and qualification requirements
- Assisting with producing detailed and accurate joining instructions and reminders for training activity
- Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Additional appropriate ad hoc duties as agreed with line manager

Key Deliverables:
- Data entry and processing of compliance information into the CMS
- Creation of role profiles for all new starts of the MEHJV in the CMS
- Work with wider MEHJV functions to ensure compliance
Minimum Qualifications/Experience (in line with MEH Onboarding Matrix):
- Competent in using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word with an aptitude to work with other software
- Recent, relevant experience in a similar fast paced environment
- Skilled at developing strong relationships within large organisations
- Experience of working in an HR team would be desirable
