Compliance Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Remote WFH (Head Office: Oadby, Leicester)
Type: Permanent, Part-time, 3 days a week with attendance to the office once a month
Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: Up to and around £35k-£40k pro rata, depending on candidate experience
Project Partners are now recruiting for an experienced part-time Compliance Manager to join a well-established team based in Oadby, Leicester. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the company’s compliance systems in accordance with the requirements of CAA regulations across the companies CAA approvals.

Ideal Candidate Experience:
- 5 years’ experience within compliance monitoring and or quality assurance
- Relevant compliance management qualifications
- Management / Leadership skills and strong task management skills
- Ability to manage their own time based on work demands and deadlines
Desirable Candidate Experience:
- Experience within the aviation sector would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of CAA or EASA regulations (however a successful applicant will undergo relevant training to be accepted by the authority as a nominated person.)
- Experience and or knowledge of data protection regulation and compliance
- Health and Safety management
