Compliance Manager
£52,862.53 per annum
Histon (Hybrid)
Permanent
Full-Time
Minimum of 1 day per week at Head Office, plus site visits at other CHS sites around Cambridgeshire
About the role:
The right candidate will be a highly motivated person capable of achieving high levels of compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in a housing setting.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full range of asset compliance including fire safety, gas, electric and legionella testing as well as be involved in embedding best practice and risk management.
This role also combines compliance with managing CHS’ technical contracts; therefore, you will also lead a team in overseeing responsive repairs and a planned programmes, whilst ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven track record and experience of contract management and managing areas of housing compliance
- Strong financial, commercial and building safety awareness
- Effective communicator, with robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent IT skills of Windows-based IT packages, particularly Excel
- Sound knowledge and experience of housing management and asset databases
