365 Compliance provides practical, day-to-day compliance management support for online gambling operators. The organization focuses on maintaining effective, up-to-date compliance frameworks covering AML, responsible gambling, customer due diligence, monitoring, audits, marketing, and complaint handling. It integrates and manages systems to keep processes both compliant and operational. In response to increasing regulatory scrutiny, 365 Compliance offers ongoing oversight, data protection support, and targeted training at operational and executive levels. Role Description

The Compliance Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and enhancing compliance frameworks for online gambling operators. This position involves designing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures related to AML, responsible gambling, customer due diligence, affordability checks, and behavioral risk assessment. The role includes managing 24/7 monitoring and alert workflows, coordinating internal audits, and preparing regulatory reports in line with applicable requirements. The Compliance Manager will review marketing and promotional materials for compliance, handle escalated complaints, and advise on data protection considerations. The individual will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, support training initiatives, and provide clear guidance on regulatory changes, helping clients maintain consistent, robust compliance operations.

  • Expertise in compliance management within regulated industries, ideally online gambling or financial services, including AML, responsible gambling, and customer due diligence.
  • Experience with monitoring and risk management processes, such as alert handling, affordability assessments, behavioral risk checks, and internal audit coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting, complaint handling, and marketing and promotional compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with compliance and training systems and comfort working with data and technology to optimize processes.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to produce clear policies, reports, and guidance.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client priorities, and communicate effectively with operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, continuous learning, and staying current with evolving regulatory expectations in the online gambling sector.
