The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Technical & Compliance team at our Leeds Head Office.
You’ll manage supplier compliance, audit and governance requirements across an assigned supplier portfolio, ensuring our suppliers consistently meet customer, legal and Fullers Foods standards. You’ll work directly with suppliers and colleagues across the business to monitor performance, identify and manage risk, resolve compliance issues and maintain high standards across our supply base.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier compliance and audit requirements across an assigned supplier portfolio.
- Coordinate and conduct supplier audits, compliance visits and assessments.
- Support retailer compliance reviews and customer audit activity.
- Monitor supplier audit performance, certification, non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Review and challenge corrective action plans to ensure root causes are addressed and improvements are sustainable.
- Proactively identify supplier and compliance risks and escalate significant or emerging issues.
- Support suppliers in preparing for customer approval and maintenance audits.
- Maintain accurate supplier approval, audit, certification and compliance records.
- Work closely with Technical, Specifications, NPD, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to embed compliance requirements.
- Monitor changing customer, regulatory and certification requirements and support their implementation across the supplier base.
