Compliance Manager
Consumer Credit Fintech
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)
Salary: To £77k + benefits

What you’ll be doing
- Work cross-functionally to deliver pragmatic compliance advice and ensure product and service changes comply with relevant FCA rules and regulations.
- Conduct horizon scanning and provide balanced and practical advice to the business on any new regulations, translating these into easy-to-understand internal policies that are fit for purpose.
- Provide pragmatic advice on consumer duty, conduct compliance monitoring and outcomes testing, and assist with regulatory reporting.
What we’re looking for
- An experienced compliance professional with extensive experience in a UK regulated Financial Services environment, ideally with consumer credit or Fintech experience already under your belt.
- An excellent working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework, including Consumer Duty, SMCR, DISP, and ideally CONC.
- The proven ability to provide clear practical regulatory advice and constructive challenge to the business.
