Job Title: Compliance Manager
Location: London or Swindon – Hybrid working
Salary: Up to 80k + Bonus

The Role
Join Edenred Payment Solutions as a Compliance Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering conduct-risk frameworks and compliance monitoring programs that meet FCA regulatory standards. As a senior member of the second line of defence, you will provide expert risk-based advice, lead regulatory engagement, and drive continuous improvement in compliance processes across internal teams and agents/distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve conduct-risk frameworks including Consumer Duty, complaints handling, and financial promotions to ensure regulatory compliance and excellent customer outcomes.
- Lead the Compliance Monitoring Programme with scoping, testing, reporting, and action tracking to evidence control effectiveness and drive remediation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to service, product, and finance teams, delivering practical guidance on client, product, and prudential issues.
- Prepare high-quality governance and management information packs to support senior decision-making.
- Coordinate regulatory reporting and FCA engagement, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Horizon-scan regulatory developments and translate changes into actionable plans.
- Lead cross-functional projects embedding controls with Finance, Product, Sales, Legal, and Risk teams.

Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in regulated financial services compliance or regulatory consulting with deep FCA conduct knowledge.
- Proven experience designing and implementing compliance frameworks and monitoring programs.
- Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills, with ability to prepare clear board-level reports.
- Ability to balance commercial priorities with regulatory demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in payments or e-money sectors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with FCA portals and regulatory returns advantageous.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- FCA-regulated payment services or e-money experience considered a plus.
