Compliance Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance

Hybrid Role into the London office with International Travel

Competitive Salary + Bonus + Healthcare + Pension

About the Role

Compliance sits at the heart of how we operate — protecting customer trust, business resilience, and regulatory standing across a mission-critical environment. This role owns and drives our compliance framework end-to-end: from regulatory change and certification to audits, monitoring, policy governance, and training.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Compliance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our clients compliance programme, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements across the business. Working closely with Operations, InfoSec, Health & Safety, Legal, and HR, you'll ensure compliance underpins growth, resilience, and customer confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Framework Ownership: Act as Process Owner for the compliance management process — requirement identification, control design, testing, monitoring, and continual improvement.
  • Standards & Certification: Lead compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and other applicable privacy and customer requirements.
  • Reporting & Governance: Develop and report compliance KPIs/KRIs; coordinate reporting to senior management and governance committees.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate internal/external audits and customer due diligence; manage findings through to closure and track corrective actions.
  • Regulatory Change: Monitor emerging regulatory requirements, assess business impact, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Culture & Training: Promote ethical conduct and a strong compliance culture; develop and deliver training and awareness programmes.
  • Stakeholder Support: Support Legal, Operations, and Procurement on contractual compliance; coordinate customer/regulatory information requests.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
