Location: Coventry, CV2 2DX
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Site Based)

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join the Healthcare contract in Coventry. This is a key role responsible for leading compliance activities across the contract and ensuring adherence to contractual, statutory and legal requirements.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who can monitor performance, manage audits, and work closely with operational teams, senior management and NHS stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of compliance across the contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance activities across the healthcare contract, ensuring adherence to contractual, statutory and legal requirements.
  • Manage internal audits, compliance checks and corrective action plans.
  • Monitor service performance, KPIs and contractual obligations to minimise service failures and penalties.
  • Analyse performance data and identify trends to support operational improvement.
  • Produce regular compliance and performance reports for senior management and clients.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, evidence and supporting documentation.
  • Support Health & Safety audits and compliance activities.
  • Act as a key liaison between ISS, NHS Trust stakeholders and Project Co partners.
  • Promote a strong compliance culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the contract.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous detailed experience working with PFI contracts (essential).
  • Experience within Facilities Management services.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience producing management reports and performance analysis.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams, with Power BI desirable.
  • The ability to understand and apply contractual, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • A self-motivated and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
