Responsibilities:
- Providing compliance advice across a range of commodity classes but principally base and precious metals trading under LME frameworks.
- Working on physical and financial trading issues
- Integrating regulatory rules and requirements, MIFID2, Market Abuse Regulation
- Helping to manage regulatory audits, examinations and enquiries
- Liaising with UK and international regulators as well trading exchanges

Skills Required
- Regulatory compliance or risk management experience within the Commodity trading sector is essential. This can be from a banking and markets group or the trading arm of a commodity procurement and supply chain business.
- In-depth knowledge of commodities trading regulations and market practices.
- Exposure to LME trading frameworks would be particularly valuable
- Experience of leading compliance initiatives and providing compliance training
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with Global stakeholders
