Compliance Manager – Product

We're looking for a Compliance Manager – Product to act as the compliance lead embedded in Sokin's onboarding (CDD/KYC) and transaction monitoring change initiatives. You'll translate regulatory requirements into product requirements, drive delivery timelines, and ensure new client journeys, monitoring rules, and system configurations are compliant, evidenced, and audit-ready before go-live. This is a delivery-oriented role suited to someone equally comfortable in a regulatory conversation and a sprint planning session — working closely with Product, Technology, and Operations across Sokin's multi-jurisdictional licence footprint. Your impact will be measured by the compliance, quality, and audit-readiness of every onboarding and transaction monitoring system change delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • 6–8+ years in financial crime compliance (AML/CFT), with meaningful exposure to CDD/KYC and transaction monitoring in a payments, e-money, or fintech environment
  • Demonstrable experience working within or alongside product/engineering teams — e.g. writing requirements, running UAT, participating in agile delivery — rather than purely policy/advisory compliance

  • Professional certification (ICA, ACAMS, CAMS) or equivalent is desirable
  • Prior experience with a regulator-facing remediation programme is a plus
