Business Operations & Compliance Expert
Role Overview
Contribute high-quality training data for frontier AI systems by leveraging expertise in business operations and compliance. Transform regulatory requirements into actionable steps and ensure clarity in compliance scenarios.
$150 per hour | 10-40 hrs/week | Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and evaluate high-quality business operations and compliance scenarios.
- Translate regulatory requirements and internal policies into clear checklists and approval steps.
- Design and deliver compliance training and recurring controls.
- Define RACI, conduct data checks, and manage approval workflows.
- Facilitate sessions, assign owners, and track follow-ups.

Core Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in business operations, internal controls, advertising, or marketing operations.
- Experience in risk or compliance program management is required.
- Ability to explain requirements in plain language and escalate legal questions appropriately.
- Experience in media, publishing, advertising, live events, or consumer subscription businesses is preferred.
- Experience with compliance training design and delivery is essential.
