MMP Consultancy is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure all properties and operations meet statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements across its social housing portfolio.
Location: Kingston upon Thames, KT1
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Manage statutory compliance programmes including:
- Gas Safety
- Electrical Safety
- Fire Safety
- Legionella
- Asbestos Management
- Lift & Equipment Safety
- Ensure servicing, inspections, and remedial works are completed on time.
- Monitor legislative changes and maintain compliance with housing and health & safety regulations.
- Manage compliance risks, records, KPIs, and reporting.
- Oversee external contractors and service delivery performance.
- Work closely with housing, repairs, and asset management teams.
- Provide compliance guidance to senior stakeholders.

Requirements
- Experience in compliance, asset management, or health & safety within social housing or property.
- Strong knowledge of UK housing legislation and safety standards.
- Experience managing statutory compliance areas (gas, fire, electrical, Legionella, asbestos).
- Strong organisational, reporting, and contractor management skills.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent qualification preferred.
