We’re looking for someone to join our team in a European Workforce Compliance / Global Mobility role.
As our European operations continue to grow, we need someone who can take ownership of the practical compliance requirements that come with moving employees and subcontractors across different countries.
The role will cover areas such as:
- Posted Worker registrations and supporting documentation
- Monitoring employee deployments, working locations, and duration
- Identifying payroll, tax, social security, and permanent establishment risks
- Reviewing country-specific pay, allowances, working time, and employment requirements
- Coordinating international payroll and liaising with local advisers
- A1 applications and host-country social security requirements
- Subcontractor compliance across Europe
- Employment permits, visas, and right-to-work documentation
- Supporting overseas recruitment and workforce planning
- Ensuring employees and subcontractors are fully compliant before mobilisation
- Maintaining compliance trackers, procedures, and internal controls
- Supporting HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations on cross-border matters

We’d be particularly interested in hearing from anyone with experience in European workforce compliance, global mobility, employment tax, international payroll, Posted Worker compliance, or cross-border construction. Construction experience would be useful, but strong experience in international workforce compliance is the main focus.
