Compliance Officer – Investment Management | London
I’m working with a leading global investment firm that is looking to add a Compliance Officer to its growing team in London.
This is a broad, hands-on position within a sophisticated investment environment, offering exposure across regulatory compliance, trading activity, and the wider investment business.
The role will cover areas including:
- FCA regulatory compliance and reporting
- Market conduct and trade surveillance
- Personal account dealing
- Compliance monitoring
- Policies, procedures, and regulatory developments
- Supporting front-office and investment teams
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business

We’re particularly interested in professionals with 5–10 years of compliance experience, ideally gained within an asset manager, hedge fund, or other investment management environment.

Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory framework, including FCA requirements, MAR, MiFID II, and SMCR, would be highly relevant.
