Finance & Contract Compliance Assistant
London | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Bonus
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Contract Compliance Assistant to join our growing team at Koda Staff.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with administration, compliance, finance, or operations experience who wants to develop a long-term career within a fast-growing business operating across Europe and the US.
While the role includes some finance responsibilities, the primary focus is contract compliance and contractor management. We already have well-established compliance processes in place, so this is less about building processes from scratch and more about taking ownership of existing compliance operations, ensuring they run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining contract compliance for our growing contractor workforce across Europe and the US.
- Taking ownership of existing compliance processes and ensuring all documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Conducting compliance checks and supporting audits where required.
- Monitoring contract renewals, extensions, and terminations.
- Acting as a key point of contact for contractors and clients, delivering a first-class service experience.
- Preparing compliance reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, and month-end finance activities.
- Monitoring contract values, agreed rates, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
What We're Looking For
- 12-24 months' experience in an administrative, compliance, finance, legal, or operations-based role.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and working independently.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good numerical ability and a keen eye for accuracy.
- Experience within recruitment, staffing, contracts, or compliance environments is advantageous but not essential.
