About East End Homes
We are a community-focused housing provider dedicated to providing local services that truly meet the needs and aspirations of our residents. By living our values—listening, being trusted, caring, and constantly improving—we ensure that our team works in a supportive, friendly environment where they can make a tangible impact on the lives of people in East London.
The Role
We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Asset Management team at Resolution Plaza. You will be the "engine room" of our safety data, supporting our three contract managers to ensure our residents are safe in their homes.
This is a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for the vital admin behind the "big six" compliance areas (Gas, Electric, Fire, Water, Lifts, and Asbestos). One moment you might be uploading safety certificates or raising contractor orders; the next, you’ll be on the phone with a resident to book an urgent electrical check or preparing the paperwork for a legal access route. We are currently transitioning to new systems, so you’ll play a key part in keeping our records accurate during this change.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
