Role Description

The Compliance Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and maintaining compliance across RN JobForce’s operations and client engagements. This role includes:

  • Monitoring regulatory requirements
  • Developing and updating internal policies and procedures
  • Conducting compliance reviews and audits

The Compliance Officer will:

  • Analyze data and documentation to identify potential risks
  • Recommend corrective actions
  • Track remediation efforts

Day-to-day responsibilities also involve:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Providing compliance guidance and training
  • Supporting the implementation of best practices in regulatory and ethical standards

The individual will:

  • Prepare reports and documentation for leadership and, where required, external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ongoing adherence to relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, including policy development and implementation
  • Advanced Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex regulations and data to identify risks and trends
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present compliance findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Foundational knowledge of Finance to understand the impact of compliance requirements on financial processes and reporting

Beneficial Experience:

  • Experience in compliance roles within staffing, technology, or healthcare industries

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., compliance or audit) are an advantage

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High ethical standards
