Role Description
The Compliance Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and maintaining compliance across RN JobForce’s operations and client engagements. This role includes:

- Monitoring regulatory requirements
- Developing and updating internal policies and procedures
- Conducting compliance reviews and audits
The Compliance Officer will:
- Analyze data and documentation to identify potential risks
- Recommend corrective actions
- Track remediation efforts
Day-to-day responsibilities also involve:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Providing compliance guidance and training
- Supporting the implementation of best practices in regulatory and ethical standards
The individual will:
- Prepare reports and documentation for leadership and, where required, external stakeholders
- Demonstrate ongoing adherence to relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, including policy development and implementation
- Advanced Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex regulations and data to identify risks and trends
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present compliance findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Foundational knowledge of Finance to understand the impact of compliance requirements on financial processes and reporting

Beneficial Experience:
- Experience in compliance roles within staffing, technology, or healthcare industries
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., compliance or audit) are an advantage
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- High ethical standards
