Compliance Officer — Join Our Growing Compliance Function

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Compliance Officer to support the development and delivery of our organisation-wide compliance framework. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving and working across multiple departments to help build a strong, future-ready compliance culture.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of compliance policies, controls, and documentation
- Coordinating risk assessments, evidence collection, and internal audits
- Monitoring regulatory changes and helping assess their impact
- Assisting supplier quality compliance checks
- Assisting with compliance incident logging, investigations, and reporting
- Working closely with multiple departments to embed compliance across the business

What we’re looking for
- Experience in compliance, risk, audit, quality, or a regulated environment
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Able to analyse information, spot gaps, and follow actions through
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
