Are you a compliance specialist with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in Facilities Management?

G4S Facilities Management is seeking a driven and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. Serving as a vital link between statutory assurance and operational delivery, you will work closely with Health & Safety teams, Contract Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure full regulatory and technical compliance across our sites.

This role offers a flexible home-based setup, paired with site visits across London and our wider PFI contract portfolio to conduct audits, risk assessments, and site inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Statutory Compliance & Auditing: Deliver risk-based compliance audits, site inspections, and documentation reviews across sites. Produce clear, evidence-based audit reports, identify non-compliances, and track corrective action plans through to completion.
  • Administration & Reporting: Maintain statutory compliance records, certifications, and CAFM data. Track remedial actions, clear legacy backlogs, and produce actionable compliance reports for senior leadership.
  • Risk & Health & Safety: Support Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) initiatives, coordinate the Permit to Work process, assist with incident investigations, and drive continuous risk mitigation.
  • Standards & Legislation: Stay up to date with changing legislation, Approved Codes of Practice (ACOPs), SFG20, and industry standards to keep operational practices fully aligned.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct independent compliance and ISO audits, uncover recurring risk trends, and champion continuous process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to gather compliance evidence, resolve documentation issues, and facilitate monthly compliance reviews.
  • Training Support: Coordinate statutory and mandatory training needs, maintain compliance records, and promote a strong culture of safety and compliance awareness across teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
