About Juuli

Juuli is an AI-native fintech platform built exclusively for Europe’s 43M+ solopreneurs. We bring payments, cards, FX, invoicing, and tax automation into one place, with 90-second onboarding and AI at the core of the product. We are a lean, London-based team, and every leader here has a direct impact on how we grow.

The Role

You will be Juuli’s MLRO and head of compliance, and our main point of contact for the FCA. You will play a central role in our FCA authorisation as an e-money institution and build the compliance framework that goes with it, working directly with the founders.

What You’ll Do

  • Be our day-to-day contact with the FCA: authorisation process, queries, notifications, and regulatory returns.
  • Play a central role in our FCA authorisation: regulatory documentation, governance, and responses to FCA questions.
  • Act as MLRO and nominated officer: own our AML/CTF framework, assess internal reports, and submit SARs to the NCA.
  • Maintain our business-wide risk assessment, policies, procedures, and compliance monitoring programme.
  • Oversee KYC/KYB onboarding, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and ongoing due diligence.
  • Oversee compliance with our licensed partners: due diligence, audits, and information requests.
  • Review products, marketing, and financial promotions against FCA rules.
  • Deliver staff training and report regularly to senior management on risks and control effectiveness.
  • Work with product, engineering, and fraud teams to build controls into the product by design.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
