About the Role
As a Compliance and Operations Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day running of business operations while developing a strong understanding of compliance processes and professional working practices. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll help with administrative tasks, data management, process monitoring, and customer service activities, building valuable skills and knowledge through a structured apprenticeship programme. About the Qualification
A Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship is a 12–18 month programme that develops core administrative, communication, IT, and organisational skills.
The Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship prepares learners to support and engage with different parts of an organisation, interact with customers, and improve business processes. It is suitable for entry level administrative roles across all sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of day-to-day operational and compliance activities across the organisation.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records, databases, and documentation to ensure information is up to date and compliant.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and processing routine requests.
- Help monitor processes and procedures, identifying and escalating any compliance concerns where appropriate.
- Support colleagues with reporting, audits, and the collection of information required for compliance purposes.
- Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries, providing professional and timely support.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to support service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete apprenticeship learning activities and apply new knowledge and skills in the workplace.
- Please note that responsibilities may vary as part of the apprenticeship programme, providing opportunities to gain experience across a range of compliance and operational functions.

About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to develop a career in compliance and business operations. You should be motivated to learn, organised in your approach, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
You will ideally have:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- A commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme and applying your learning in the workplace.
