Compliance & Oversight Lead Manager
12-Month Contract | Remote | 20 Hours Per Week £40-£45 per Hour
We're currently partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Compliance & Oversight Lead Manager to support its Global Labeling function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile global team, driving compliance, process excellence, and continuous improvement within a complex regulatory environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in Regulatory Affairs, Labeling Operations, Compliance, Quality, or Pharmaceutical Project Management who enjoys driving process excellence within a complex global environment.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting labeling compliance, data quality, governance, and operational oversight activities across a global organisation. Working with stakeholders across multiple functions, you will help monitor business processes, coordinate improvement initiatives, maintain critical reporting, and ensure the integrity of labeling and regulatory data.

Key Responsibilities
- Support global labeling compliance and oversight activities
- Produce and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and portfolio information
- Monitor process performance, quality metrics, and data integrity
- Maintain SharePoint sites and business documentation
- Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate issue resolution with SMEs
- Support quality and compliance investigations where required
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate projects and process enhancement activities across global teams
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-8 years' experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment
- Experience within Regulatory Affairs, Labeling Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Quality, or related functions
- Strong project coordination or project management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with reporting, data analysis, and process monitoring
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

- Global Labeling experience
- Regulatory Affairs qualification or background
- Continuous Improvement experience
- SharePoint administration experience
- Quality systems, governance, or compliance monitoring knowledge
