Your role at xpate
Own and maintain the partner compliance framework across a mixed partner base, from ICT providers to AI vendors to banking partners, and keep it aligned with our risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
Lead onboarding hands-on, both xpate onto partner platforms and our clients onto partners.
Collect, prepare and submit onboarding documentation, questionnaires, procedures and compliance materials.
Be the main point of contact for compliance conversations with partners: RFIs, follow-up questions, periodic reviews and ongoing requests.
Work across business, risk and legal to keep onboarding and ongoing partner processes moving.
Spot where partner requirements and our internal processes don't line up, and propose something that works.
Track progress, timelines and dependencies so launches land when they're supposed to.
Build, improve and document how partner onboarding and compliance work as we scale.
We’re ready to meet you, if…
2+ years in compliance, onboarding, partnerships or risk within payments, fintech, banking or another regulated environment.

Nice to have
Onboarding experience with acquirers, PSPs, banking partners or card schemes.
Familiarity with EU/UK frameworks such as EMI, PSD2, AMLD, DORA and the EU AI Act, and with safeguarding requirements.
A process you wrote that's still in use after you moved on.
