The Vacancy
Are you an organised administrator with strong planning skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective coordination make a real difference?
We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our Fire Safety Team within Property Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping us maintain the safety and compliance of our homes and buildings.
About The Team
Our Fire Safety Team is responsible for managing and coordinating NCHA's fire safety compliance programmes, including:
- Fire Risk Assessments
- Fire Door Inspections
- Servicing and repairs of fire safety systems
- Fire safety maintenance programmes
- Other regulatory compliance activities
As Compliance Coordinator, you will support the smooth planning and scheduling of compliance works, ensuring contractors, colleagues, and customers receive a professional and efficient service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and coordinating fire safety inspections, servicing, and repair works.
- Raising and managing work orders through various IT systems.
- Liaising with contractors, customers, and internal teams to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
- Providing updates on appointments, programmed works, and service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and databases.
- Supporting managers with reporting and performance monitoring.
- Identifying potential compliance risks and escalating issues where required.
- Delivering outstanding customer service while managing competing priorities.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Experience working in an administrative, scheduling, or planning environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Experience coordinating work and communicating with customers, contractors, or service providers.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Working Pattern
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
