This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, energetic and talented individual to join a truly global team at a growing company. The London HQ Compliance team is responsible for the design, enhancement and day-to-day operations of DaVita International’s compliance program. This program is focused on ensuring the company’s compliance with anti-bribery and corruption laws (and selected other laws) across its 14 markets. The HQ team works closely with a team of approximately 25 compliance professionals based in DaVita’s 14 countries of operations.
Whilst previous experience working in a compliance role (or other related field) would be an advantage, it is not a requirement for this role. It is more important that the candidate have excellent organizational skills, the ability to keep multiple balls in the air, and the maturity and positive attitude required to work under time pressure in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priority. The right personality and a willingness to learn will be valued as much as prior experience.
This position is based in DaVita International’s HQ in London, United Kingdom (specifically, in Chiswick). The office is situated within Chiswick Business Park - a dynamic and welcoming environment in which to work, offering a range of different food options (including food trucks on a regular basis) and periodic entertainment activities.
The team is very lean, and the position has great exposure to top senior management of the organisation. You will be working in a diverse team of professionals, with different backgrounds, past experiences, competencies and expertise, and will need to be able to build strong relationships across boundaries and cultures.
It is an excellent opportunity to learn the “sausage-making” of a compliance program – but, to mix metaphors, it does require a willingness to build the plane while flying it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
