About the Role

Our Corporate Tax Compliance team is a collaborative, growth-focused group where Senior Associates in Corporate Tax Compliance work alongside specialists across the UK.

You’ll make a real impact by delivering high-quality tax compliance and accounting support to a diverse client base.

We’re recruiting in multiple UK locations and are particularly keen to hear from those with experience in Financial Services, Real Estate or Pillar 2. The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive and confident managing a portfolio. You’ll enjoy varied work, supportive colleagues and opportunities to deepen expertise in high-demand areas.

What your days will look like:

  • Undertaking the preparation and completion of a wide range of corporation tax computations, including reviewing computations and assisting clients with queries.
  • Liaising with the Data Team to enable collection and analysis of tax data.
  • Dealing with client queries in relation to data requests, including preparation and review of follow-up queries and correspondence with appropriate internal and external parties.
  • Organising, monitoring and managing your own workload across a portfolio of clients, as well as drafting budgets and assisting with preparation and negotiations for new or repeat work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
