Compliance Specialist

Salary: £70,000–£80,000
About the Company
We're partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company whose software is trusted by enterprise organisations operating in highly regulated industries.
For this business, Governance, Risk & Compliance isn't simply about maintaining certifications. It's a key part of the customer experience, helping enterprise buyers build trust, accelerate procurement and confidently adopt the platform.
As the company continues to scale internationally, GRC has become a strategic business function that supports revenue growth, customer success and long-term partnerships.
The Role
This is a customer-facing GRC role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and enterprise customers.
Working across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Legal, you'll help customers understand the company's security and compliance posture, support complex procurement processes and ensure governance becomes a competitive advantage throughout the customer lifecycle.
Rather than sitting solely within an internal compliance function, you'll be actively involved in customer conversations, security reviews and due diligence, helping remove commercial barriers and enabling enterprise deals to progress.
You'll also own the day-to-day operation of the company's GRC programme, maintaining certifications, driving continuous improvement and leveraging automation to build scalable compliance processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
