🏠 Temporary Property Compliance & Audit Administrator
Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex | Temporary / Project-Based, potentially Temp to Perm | Immediate Start
I’m currently recruiting for a Temporary Property Compliance & Audit Administrator to support a well-established property business in Westcliff-on-Sea.
This is a project-based role focused on reviewing a managed residential property portfolio, identifying any outstanding compliance requirements and ensuring records are accurate, complete and fully up to date.
It would suit an organised administrator who enjoys working through detailed information, spotting gaps and bringing structure to a project.
The role will involve:
- Carrying out a full compliance audit across a managed property portfolio
- Reviewing Gas Safety Certificates (CP12), EICRs and EPCs
- Identifying missing, expired or outstanding certificates
- Arranging renewals and following up on outstanding documentation
- Reviewing AML records and identifying any outstanding checks
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Following up on remedial works and outstanding compliance actions
- Updating the property management system
- Creating a clear schedule for future compliance renewals
- Providing regular progress updates and a final report on outstanding matters

We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and manage a defined project
- Good IT skills and confidence working with databases/systems
- A professional and confident communication style
- The ability to work through a high volume of records methodically

Previous property management, lettings or compliance experience would be advantageous, but isn't essential for the right administrator.

- ⏰ Hours to be agreed - Could be full or part time
- 💷 Salary dependent on experience
