About The Role

DOSH is a growing e-money and payments business focused on delivering simple, accessible financial services. As we continue to evolve, we're looking for a Compliance Technical Specialist who can combine strong regulatory expertise with practical problem-solving to help us build compliant products, customer journeys and communications that deliver great customer outcomes.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a growing business where compliance is viewed as an enabler, not a blocker. You'll work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Financial Crime and Customer Operations teams, helping to turn regulatory requirements into practical solutions that support innovation and growth.

Please note that this primarily an office-based role worked from both our Hereford and Cheltenham Offices.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing expert advice on regulatory requirements, Consumer Duty and customer outcomes.
  • Supporting product development and change initiatives by translating regulation into practical business requirements and controls.
  • Reviewing and approving customer communications, marketing materials and financial promotions.
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to stakeholders across DOSH and the wider allpay business.
  • Supporting good customer outcomes through product design, operational processes and customer journeys.
  • Owning and maintaining key regulatory documentation, including terms and conditions and customer disclosures.
  • Supporting audit, assurance and regulatory change activity when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
