Client Location: London (Hybrid)

Starting: 19/10/2026

Pay Comments: Up to £19.23 per hour

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 12 months with potential to extend


Job Description:

Compliance Training Designer

The Compliance Training Designer will be responsible for creating engaging training content to support teams within the Payments Compliance function. Working with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will translate complex processes and regulatory requirements into clear, practical learning materials that help employees build confidence and develop the skills needed for their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop onboarding and job-specific training content.
  • Create engaging e-learning modules using Rise 360.
  • Work with subject matter experts to understand processes, roles, and compliance requirements.
  • Break down complex tasks and information into clear, easy-to-follow learning content.
  • Review feedback and continuously improve training materials.
  • Manage training projects and deliver content to agreed timelines.
  • Communicate with stakeholders around training updates and launches.
  • Ensure learning content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in instructional design or learning design.
  • Strong experience using Rise 360.
  • Good understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Experience within compliance, payments, or financial services is desirable.
