We are looking for an exceptional individual to step into a pivotal role, designing and developing crucial training content. In this position, you won’t just be creating materials; you’ll be empowering teams within a vital compliance function, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable knowledge. Your work will directly enhance employee confidence, build essential skills, and ensure our commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop onboarding and job-specific training content.
- Create engaging e-learning modules using Rise 360.
- Work with subject matter experts to understand processes, roles, and compliance requirements.
- Break down complex tasks and information into clear, easy-to-follow learning content.
- Review feedback and continuously improve training materials.
- Manage training projects and deliver content to agreed timelines.
- Communicate with stakeholders around training updates and launches.
- Ensure learning content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in instructional design or learning design.
- Strong experience using Rise 360.
- Good understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex processes.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience within compliance, payments, or financial services.
