As part of the Quality Control team, your role is to ensure the highest quality green parts are inspected, photographed, cleaned, labelled, and packaged, in accordance with our quality standards. You will be processing a large volume of parts daily, ranging from headlights to engines, working closely with other departments and using in-house systems.
Location: Poole Site, BH12
Salary: £30,800 (including £2,800 shift premium)
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We operate on a swing shift pattern from 6:00am to 3:00pm and then 3:00pm to 12:00am on a week on, week off basis.
Reporting to: Quality Control Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring car parts are in sound order with no damage
- Preparation of parts ready to be checked and photographed
- Ensure all parts are tagged correctly and marked appropriately
- Photograph parts according to company standards
- Ensure that all tagged parts go into the designated areas
- Process damaged parts as required
- Package products to the highest quality ready for dispatch
- Work closely with Warehouse and Production Line teams
Experience & Essential Qualities:
- Good basic knowledge of vehicle parts
- Level 1 in car mechanics preferred but not essential
- Manual Handling experience
- Able to work with a high level of care and accuracy
- Must be health and safety conscious
- Good IT skills are essential as well as the ability to use mobile phone and tablet
- The successful candidate will be reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential
