Composite Laminator
Location: Witham, Essex
Pay Rate: Negotiable (Paid via PAYE Inside IR35)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-4:30 (Plus 20% uplift on night shift)
Contract: 6 - 12 months, potential for extension/permanent

Role Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for Carbon Laminators to join our team delivering design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions for some of the world's most exclusive and ultra-premium car programmes.
If you have a passion and desire for delivering high-end products and components - intricate machining, carbon fibre mould tooling, complex jigs, and test fixtures - then this is the job for you!

Core Responsibilities:
- Layup composite material
- Layup visual components
- Read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Work to achieve production deadlines set for the department
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment which conforms to 5S Principles.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Previous experience in a similar
