Composite Laminator F1 Team (Contract)
Location: Enstone, Oxfordshire
Working Pattern: Shifts available (days, nights, weekends)
Contract: Initial contract until 31st December 2026 (extension potential)
About the Opportunity
This role is being advertised by Arden White, a specialist recruitment partner to the motorsport and advanced engineering sectors.
We are currently seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join a leading Formula 1 team based in Enstone. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-performance carbon fibre components in a fast-paced and precision-driven environment.
Role Overview
As a Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for the manufacture of high-quality carbon fibre components using pre-preg materials. Working to tight tolerances, you will play a key role in ensuring components meet the exacting standards required within Formula 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre components to tight tolerances
- Work from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
- Trim, vacuum bag, and prepare parts for autoclave curing
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure parts meet required standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with engineers and team leaders to meet production deadlines

What You'll Bring (Requirements)
- Proven experience as a laminator within F1, motorsport, aerospace, or high-end composites
- Strong understanding of composite materials and laminating techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Flexible approach to working shifts (days, nights, and/or weekends)
- Strong team ethic with the ability to work under pressure
Location & Working Pattern
Location: Enstone, Oxfordshire (site-based role)
Various Working Patterns Available:
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- Weekend shifts
(Shift allocation to be confirmed based on preference and availability)

Employment Type: Contract
Duration: Until end of 2026 (initial term)
Hours: Full-time (shift-based)
